Times of HSA Meetings.

There have been some enquiries recently about the timings of HSA meetings and why they are at 3.30pm, in the past we have tried a variety of times in order to allow parents to attend the meetings ranging from 3.30pm, 4.30pm, 6pm and even 6.30pm. In order to accuratley identify a prefered time we sent a note out to all parents at the beginning of the January term 2009 asking for their views on times for upcoming meetings - we only had 14 replies and those replies indicated that 

8 prefered 3:30pm,  1 prefered 4:30pm and 5 prefered 6pm so the next meeting will be held at 3:30pm as requested by the majority of the reponses. Hope to see you at the next meeting.

(This survey will be carried out again in early September asking for the parents views and opinions in order to set a suitable time for upcoming meetings. Once again we will have to go with the majority response - the survey note will also be available on the website to be downloaded so you can send in your response and should be returned to school by the date stated.)
